Marketplace Wildberries’ GMV jumps 94% to 1.2 tln rbl in Jan–Jun

MOSCOW, Sep 15 (PRIME) -- Russian marketplace Wildberries’ gross merchandise value (GMV) rocketed 94% on the year to 1.221 trillion rubles in January–June, the company said on Friday in a statement.

Of the total, sales of goods, including returns, discounts, and value-added tax, leaped 90% to 1.055 trillion rubles, and services to sellers and buyers jumped 126% to 165.539 billion rubles.

The total number of orders increased 119% to 1.3 billion in January–June.

The company’s April–June turnover rose 89% to 644.172 billion rubles, Wildberries said.
